Shipping Policy

Before confirming your orders, please check and verify that the shipping address and contact details are correct. Please be advised that if a package is returned to us, reshipping it will incur additional shipping charges which has to be paid by the customer.

Shipping options: We choose the best shipping option for each order.

Processing time: We aim to ship your orders within 2 business days, after we have received your payment. However, please be aware that during peak times, sales, and promotional events, there may be slight delays in processing your order, although we strive to minimize any wait.

Order tracking: As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Estimated delivery times: You can expect your orders to arrive between 3-5 business days after shipping.

Damaged or Lost Packages: In the rare event your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we are here to help. Please email us immediately upon noticing any issue at info@shenature.com.sg. We ask that you report lost or damaged items within 7 days of the date parcel was delivered (please refer to return & refund policy). Upon notification, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the matter. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or an alternative solution to address your concerns.
