Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, therefore we offer a straightforward cancellation policy. 

You may write in to request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. This window gives you ample time to reconsider your purchase without any hassle.

To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@shenature.com.sg with the subject line, “Order Cancellation”.
2. Include your order number and the name under which the order was placed in the body of the email.

Upon successful cancellation within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

If your order has already been processed and shipped within this 24-hour period, we will not be able to cancel it.
